Get to Know Me
My search for healing and wholeness began about 15 years ago. Being the mother of two adopted daughters, I initially had no idea what challenges they faced simply by being adoptees. By the time they were teenagers and were hurting emotionally and spiritually, we sought out counseling. As I observed the process of Christian counseling, I realized that there were areas in my life that also needed help. This experience led to a desire to become a counselor, which I did on a volunteer basis for several years. During this time, I discovered the passion of my heart: to bring freedom to those around me.

This world is now a very challenging place to thrive. More and more, people with a history of trauma, including child abuse, SRA, DID, and programming, are seeking answers and healing. Some have a good start on their healing and need help moving forward. Others are stuck and they don’t understand why. I love life coaching because it is transformative and looks to the future. It looks at unique life purpose, and works on obstacles that block knowing that purpose, or walking in it.

I grew up in Minneapolis, and graduated with a Bachelor of Music degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. My background is Lutheran, but we currently attend a non-denominational church. In 2023, I completed the Life Coaching Certification at the Center for Christian Coaching. Most recently, I became trained in Brainspotting and am working towards full certification. I reside in Colorado Springs with my husband of 35 years, and enjoy time spent with him, my two adult daughters, and my two much-loved cats.
